Cancellation & Modification Policy

At BCS Limos Corp, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, punctual transportation services. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we follow the cancellation and modification policy outlined below:

Advanced Modifications or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup time. This allows us to adjust our logistics and maintain the quality of service.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the total service amount.

Refunds

  • • For payments made by credit card, we will issue a refund minus the 20% cancellation fee.
  • • If no payment was made in advance, an invoice for the cancellation fee will be sent.

Reservations Without Prepayment

Our system allows bookings without upfront payment, including cash options. However:

  • • For new clients, reservations are confirmed only after a phone verification and partial payment.
  • Returning clients may confirm bookings without a deposit, subject to availability.
