BCS Limo's Corp provides premium transportation services, SMS communication services, and phone call services to enhance your experience. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

SMS Messaging and Phone Call Services

Types of Communications

BCS Limo's Corp may contact you through the following communication methods:

SMS Messages:

  • Booking confirmations and updates
  • Vehicle arrival notifications
  • Service reminders and appointment notifications
  • Customer care communications
  • Account notifications and updates
  • Promotional offers and marketing campaigns
  • Emergency or urgent service notifications

Phone Calls:

  • Booking confirmations and service coordination
  • Real-time updates about your transportation service
  • Customer service and support calls
  • Emergency notifications requiring immediate attention
  • Quality assurance and feedback calls
  • Account verification and security purposes
  • Promotional offers and special service announcements

Communication Frequency

SMS Messages: You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week from BCS Limo's Corp.

Phone Calls: You may receive up to 3 phone calls per week from BCS Limo's Corp.

Communication frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services, booking activity, or transportation coordination needs, but we will never exceed the stated weekly limits without additional consent.

Opt-in Process

For SMS Alerts: Text "JOIN" to (914) 232-0027 to subscribe to SMS communications.

For Phone Calls: By providing your phone number during booking or registration, you consent to receive phone calls from BCS Limo's Corp for service-related purposes.

Confirmation Messages:
SMS: "You've successfully subscribed to BCS Limo's Corp SMS alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
Phone: You will receive a welcome call confirming your consent to receive phone communications.

Simple Opt-out Methods

SMS Opt-out: Reply with the word "STOP" to (914) 232-0027 at any time.

Phone Call Opt-out: You may request to be removed from our calling list by:

  • Informing our representative during any phone call
  • Calling us at (914) 232-0027 and requesting removal
  • Emailing us at bcslimo@gmail.com with "REMOVE FROM CALLS" in the subject line

Automatic Unsubscription Confirmations:
SMS: "You have unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from BCS Limo's Corp."
Phone: You will receive a final confirmation call acknowledging your opt-out request.

Data and Call Rates Reminder

Important: Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS based on your mobile plan. Standard calling rates may apply for phone calls based on your mobile plan. BCS Limo's Corp is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Call Times and Availability

Phone calls from BCS Limo's Corp will generally be made during business hours (Monday - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM EST), except for emergency notifications or urgent service updates which may occur outside these hours when necessary for your transportation service.

Transportation Services Terms

Unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing, the following Terms & Conditions apply to our transportation services. Total charges incurred are billed to the client's credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account. BCS Limo's Corp accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. Credit card authorization forms must be completed and signed prior to confirmation of services. Checks or cash may also be accepted subject to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes. Checks may be required to be received in advance in order to clear prior to date(s) services are rendered. Cash payments may also need to be paid in advance. Chauffeurs do not carry change. New and one-time clients may be required to present their card for swiping. Additional ID verification may also be necessary.

Airport Transfers

BCS Limo's Corp provides a flat rate for most domestic commercial airport pickups and drop-offs to or from the major Airports in Westchester County. The commercial airport transfer rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding thirty (30) minutes on domestic flights and sixty (60) minutes on International flights. Your vehicle is dispatched according to the flight's estimated time of arrival as provided to BCS Limo's Corp by FAA data and/or each respective airline's automated system (BCS Limo's Corp is not responsible for delays caused by the airline's automated system or otherwise). Billing shall revert to the prevailing hourly rate in the event the client is delayed, or the waiting time is exceeded. Rates and terms may be different for private FBO's, service involving international arrivals and service in commercial airports outside the U.S.

Point to Point Transfers

BCS Limo's Corp may provide point-to-point transfer rates for local pickups and drop off within the immediate Westchester County. Wait time beyond the fifteen (15) minute "grace" period as well as for extra stops or indirect routing are charged additional, or charges may revert to the prevailing hourly rate. Transfer rates are a function of time, distance and zone locations. Off hour and holiday fees may apply.

Hourly Service

BCS Limo's Corp provides an hourly rate for all other service based on a two (2) hour or more minimum charge. Hourly or "As Directed" services allow for multiple stops and wait time as directed by the client. Vehicle will stay with the client or at their stop locations (as parking availability allows) for the entire rental time. Travel time may be charged on a "garage-to-garage" basis and is made a part of the respective hourly minimums.

Cancellations & Changes

BCS Limo's Corp understands that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable. Unless otherwise agreed to or provided in writing, the following applies:

  • For local service in the New York City area, we generally accept cancellations on sedan & SUV airport transfers without a charge two (2) hours or more before the scheduled pick-up time.
  • Vans, Minibuses, premium and specialty vehicles require no less than an eight (8) hour cancellation notice. Exact cancellation notice will be specified in your confirmation and/or other written agreements.
  • International cancellations require a minimum 48 hours notice or as noted in your confirmation.
  • Cancellation notices may vary due to local conditions (i.e. weather), event, vehicle type and market area.
  • Time changes made with less than the required notice above will still result in additional and possibly full charges. Example: At 1:30pm a requested change in pick up time from 2:00pm to 4:00pm will result in full charge for the 2:00pm trip and a new charge for the 4:00pm trip.

Special Events & Peak Demand Rental Times

Special events and peak demand periods both locally and in other markets may dictate premium pricing, higher hourly minimums and in some cases multi-day minimums, as well as additional notice for changes and cancellations. No refundable prepayments may also be required. Vehicles are generally in more limited supply for the higher demand and often times supplemental vehicles are required to accommodate this demand.

No Shows

If you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office immediately at (914) 232-0027 to avoid the full-charge "no-show" fee. We generally include all admin/licensing and/or STC fees and recommended 20% chauffeur gratuity in the minimum no-show fee for your convenience, however gratuity amount is always 100% at your discretion. You may increase, decrease or have the tip removed entirely. Please advise on the gratuity you wish to pay, if any.

Compliance and Liability

We adhere to applicable data protection laws and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's availability. BCS Limo's Corp is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to network issues, technical errors, or service disruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes are significant, we will notify users via SMS or our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
